Frantic

My vocabulary sucks. No really, it does. I've been focusing on studying the math for the GRE partially to avoid my lackluster vocabulariness. It's painfully apparent that while my spelling is great, I don't actually know what the words mean. Examples: perspicacity, plebiscite, splenetic, and apotheosis. Flashcards will be stapled to my hands for the remainder of the week. In good news, my math scores have gone up. I really need to hit the circles chapter though, and maybe that formula for slopes (it has a -1 in it right?), and I should be OK. Repeat practice testing is also helping me make better guesses. Yeehaw.

I hid up at my mom's in the woods this weekend. Me, the dog and the cat. I attempted to take Monday off, but alas was not successful. More frantic studying to occur throughout the week.

During my absence, Tall Guy emailed me this photo, which will promptly be printed, framed and displayed prominently.



If you're into taking pictures of cats, it's helpful to have monochromatic ones.
